Every paper in this study is free to read on this site, in full, and free to download. What is for sale is the bound volume and the data behind it — the borough table every figure in every paper is drawn from, with both readings, their denominators and their ranks.
What you get.
- The complete volume. All four papers typeset as one PDF, with the covers, the figures and the full method.
- The borough dataset. One row per London borough keyed on ONS code: both readings, every denominator, the ranks and the move between them, and a flag on every rate too thin to publish.
- A commercial-use licence. Reproduce the figures in your own work, with attribution.

Why the papers are free and this is not.
Because research that is fenced off does not get read, and research that does not get read may as well not exist. The arguments, the figures and the method belong in public where anyone can check them — which is also why the pipeline that produced them is published. What costs money is the convenience: one file instead of four, and the underlying table in a form you can work with rather than read.
We are a small accountancy practice and this is not a revenue line. It is priced as a professional product because it is one.
