Accounts & Bookkeeping.
Your accounts are the record everything else depends on: tax, borrowing, decisions. We prepare statutory year-end accounts for companies and sole traders, keep the bookkeeping current through the year, and produce management figures you can actually read.
Your financial year documents arriving
01 — All year round
The paperwork never stops arriving
Receipts, invoices, statements — they turn up every week whether anyone deals with them or not. With us, dealing with them takes seconds: photograph it, forward it, done. We collect the rest straight from your bank and your software.
02 — Recorded
Every document lands in the books, categorised
Each one is captured, matched and coded within days — not shovelled into a carrier bag for January. Your records are simply always up to date.
03 — The whole picture
Payslips, creditors, debtors, loans — everything joins the same ledger
Payroll runs, who owes you, who you owe, loan balances, VAT — every strand of the business reconciled into one set of books that agrees with the bank.
04 — Counted
The numbers add themselves up
Income, costs, profit — running totals you can check any day of the year. No more discovering how the year went ten months after it ended.
05 — Reported
Reports arrive while they're still useful
Management figures through the year: profit, cash, what's owed and owing. Decisions made on this quarter's numbers, not last year's.
06 — Year end
It all binds into your annual accounts
Because the books were never behind, year end is assembly — not archaeology. Statutory accounts prepared, explained to you in plain English, and filed early.
07 — Filed
On the shelf, next to every year before it
Labelled, filed with Companies House and HMRC, kept in your library. Next year: same calm, same shelf.

Common questions
When are my company accounts due?
Private companies normally file with Companies House nine months after the accounting year end. We track the exact date for every client and start work well before it.
Can you take over from my current accountant?
Yes. With your authority we contact them for professional clearance and handover records. You usually don't need to speak to them at all.
