Mergers, Acquisitions & Due Diligence.

Deals are won and lost in the numbers nobody checked. We act on both sides of transactions: due diligence reports on companies you're buying — what the accounts really say, what the tax history hides, what the debtors are actually worth — and sale preparation for owners getting ready to exit. Deal structuring is done with the tax computed before signatures, not discovered after, and we work alongside your solicitors so the financial and legal sides of the deal say the same thing.

Mergers, Acquisitions & Due Diligence a deal, checked

01 — The target

A business you're about to buy

The accounts you've been shown are the seller's story. Diligence is finding out whether it's true.

02 — The dig

Every number traced to its source

Accounts, tax history, debtors, contracts, liabilities — checked line by line against reality, not the brochure.

03 — The findings

Surprises found before they're yours

What we find moves the price, the warranties, or the decision itself. Cheapest insurance a buyer ever purchases.

04 — The close

Structured, computed, completed

Deal structure set with the tax known in advance, completion accounts agreed — and both sides able to sign the same numbers.

Common questions

What does a due diligence report actually tell me?

Whether the business you're buying is the business you were shown: revenue quality, hidden liabilities, tax exposure, owner-dependence, and the gap between the accounts and reality. It's the cheapest insurance a buyer ever purchases.

We're a small business — is this only for big deals?

No. Local businesses buy and sell each other constantly — a competitor's book of clients, a retiring owner's company, the freehold next door. The diligence scales to the deal; the discipline is identical.
