About Roseworth.

We think good accounting is a feeling: the quiet of knowing it's handled. Everything about how we work exists to produce it — know the client properly, watch the deadlines relentlessly, explain everything in plain English. Software does the bookkeeping; people do the judgement, and the caring.

The practice

Roseworth Limited has worked from Finchley since 2018 — a licensed accountancy practice built around limited companies, their directors, and the groups they grow into. Most of our clients run companies; the rest are the sole traders, landlords and partnerships those companies tend to sit beside. The work is deliberately unglamorous: books kept current, filings made early, tax planned before year end rather than explained after it.

The practice is digital-first — bank feeds, cloud records, video meetings — with a real office on the High Road for everyone who prefers a table and a cup of tea. Clients get the same three promises regardless: you will always know what we're doing, what it costs, and what happens next.

Why clients move to us

Almost everyone who joins Roseworth arrives from another accountant, and the reasons repeat: surprises in January, silence for eleven months of the year, jargon instead of answers. Our fix is structural, not heroic — every deadline in one tracked system, reminders that reach you before dates rather than after, and plain English as house policy. Switching is our job: one letter of authority from you, and we collect the records, the clearances and the loose ends ourselves.

What we stand on

Ethos, pathos, logos — the old test, honestly passed.

Ethos — the standing

Credibility you can check, not claims you must take on faith: a licensed, supervised and professionally insured practice, our full terms published for anyone to read, our registration on the public record, our name a registered trade mark. Verify everything — we built it so you can.

Pathos — the heart

Part calculator, part adviser, sometimes part therapist. We answer the scared-letter phone call first and discuss fees later. We introduce clients to each other, we know the High Road by shop name, and we back Giving Back Generation because community is not a marketing word here.

Logos — the numbers

We show the working. Our calculators break every figure into its bands; our tax calendar labels each deadline verified or calculated; our documents cite their sources. Trust follows arithmetic — so we never ask you to believe what we can simply show.

Joining Roseworth

Your first ninety days.

Week one — the handover

One letter of authority from you. We collect the records, request professional clearance, register our authority with HMRC and Companies House, and map every deadline you own. You do almost nothing — that's the point.

Month one — the baseline

Books brought current, software connected to the bank, loose ends from the old regime tidied. You get one honest summary of where things actually stand — sometimes better than you feared, occasionally worse, always clear.

Quarter one — the rhythm

The pattern sets in: records flow monthly, reminders arrive before deadlines, questions get answered the day you ask them. Around now, most new clients notice the thing they came for — they've stopped thinking about tax.

Clarity

You will always know what we're doing, what it costs, and what happens next. Jargon is translated on arrival.

Certainty

Every client deadline is tracked in one system. You hear from us before dates, never after them.

Discretion

Your affairs are handled carefully, stored securely, and discussed with no one but you.

Community

Roseworth clients buy from each other, lend to each other and solve each other's problems — we make the introductions. And we give back beyond the client list: we're proud supporters of Giving Back Generation.
